Person who has been admitted to practise as an advocate and solicitor under Section 21 of the Legal Profession Act (Cap.161).

Member of the academic staff of the faculties of law at the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Social Sciences, who are not advocates and solicitors of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
